• <br />Planning and Zoning Board <br />March 23, 1983 <br />Page -2- <br />- Page 42, Subd. 5, Section (1), 2nd paragraph. Mr. McLean moved to change the last sentence <br />of this paragraph to read "the zoning districts provided in 1005.6 of this Ordinance ". Mr. <br />Goldade seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Johnson moved that on top at the left corner of each page the section number and des- <br />cription be noted as continued from the previous page. Mr. McLean seconded the motion. <br />Motion declared passed. <br />- Page 50, Subd. 2, (3). 1st sentence, typo error, should read, "to reduce the possibilities <br />"of' not "or". <br />- Page 57, (7), Conditional Uses, should read, "The following are conditional uses in the <br />"ER" District, not "R" District. Mr. McLean moved to change this sentence to correct the <br />error. Mr. Johnson seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />-Mrs. Averbeck noted on page 43, Items 4(B) and (C), paragraphs refer to Subd. 6. (4)(A). <br />This should refer to Subd. 5. (4)(A) in each paragraph. Mr. Goldade moved to change the <br />draft to reflect this change. Mr. Doocy seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />- Page 60, 62 regarding density. Requirements for floor area are larger for multifamily <br />dwellings than for single family dwellings. There was discussion and it was decided this <br />is what was intended for this ordinance. <br />Page 76, Subd. 10, (3), Conditional Uses. Are these the only conditional uses in this <br />istrict? <br />J <br />Mr. Short changed the last sentence to read "manufactured home sales, but only those units <br />which would be installed in the park. Manufactured homes sales shall be terminated when the <br />manufactured home park is completely developed." Mr. McLean moved to accept this change. <br />Mr. Johnson seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Short felt that no other uses such as, public parks, churches, etc. would be appropriate <br />for this district. There will be private playgrounds as a requirement. <br />- Page 81, (HH) is intended to be private. <br />Mr. Short noted the Manufactured Home Park District was drafted by Mr. Short with Mr. Paul <br />Howards help and has not been reviewed by the Planning Commission. <br />Page 76, Subd. 10, (I), 2nd to last sentence, change word "section" to "district ". <br />-Page 77. (iii) word "applicant" is mispelled. <br />- Page 78, (5), (C), Mr. Goldade moved to change this section to read, "Each lot or site shall <br />encampass an area of not less than 6,000 square feet excluding roadways, walkways or general <br />park property." Mr. McLean seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />-Page 78, (5) (E) , Mr. Johnson moved to change word "sidewalk" to "commonwalk". Mr. Goldade <br />seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />Page 78, (5) (F), 5th sentence should read, "This zero side yard setback allowance will only <br />be permitted if the distance to the manufactured home that shares that side lot line is at <br />least 30 feet distance." Mr. Johnson moved to accept this change. Mr. Goldade seconded the <br />
