Planning and Zoning <br />July 14, 1982 <br />Page Three <br />The various items that had been missing at the last Planning and Zoning <br />Board presentation, had been supplied and these items were discussed at this <br />time. <br />Mr. Juleen moved to approve this Special Use Permit application, with the <br />stipulation that the business as shown on the application dated 6/14/82 be <br />installed within 60 days after Council approval. Seconded by MR. Prolop. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Flood Plain Ordinance - Mr. Kluegel asked for Planning and Zoning comments <br />on this ordinance. <br />The general consensus of the Board was this has been prepared by the men who <br />have the knowledge and there were no adverse comments for any Board member. <br />Mr. McLean moved to recommend to the Council adoption of this Ordinance <br />subject to Engineer and Attorney stipulations. Seconded by Mrs. Klaus. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Mr. Prokop asked the status of the proposed packets with a check list for <br />Slanning and Zoning Board items, has any progress made on this? This is <br />0 be prepared o- .in the office and it was asked when this would be <br />ready? <br />W � <br />Mr. McLean suggested this should be put on the agenda it is finished. <br />Mr. McLean moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mrs. Klaus. Motion carried. <br />• <br />
