Mr. LaRocque said the remainder of the lot will be added to the lot to the
North in order to avoid the existence of a lot that is unbuildable.
Mr. Prokop moved to recommend approval of this varinace to Ord. #21A with
the provision that the remaining portion of the Lot, designated as "A"
be merged with the lot to the North and the portion designated as "B"
be merged with the lot to the South thus eliminating the lot completely
Seconded by Mrs. Klaus. There were
questions as to why the Board is considering this since the clinic is in
operation. The reason is this is a commercial use in an unsewered area
thus making a special use permit necessary. Mr. LeBlond said he was
unaware of this requirement until his plans were too far along to cancel.
There was some discussion as to the parking and the surfacing of the area.
Mr. Prokop said the area is vague - he felt that this should be explicit.
The general consensus of the Planning and Zoning Board was that this
application should be forwarded to Bill Short for his comments.
Mr. Prokop moved to table the request for the Animal Clinic - Special Use
• Permit - be tabled pending comments from the Planner on the proposed
use of this property. Seconded by Mr. Swistoski. Motion carried
unanimously.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN - COLUMBUS TOWNSHIP
Mr. Schumacher said the only question that had been raised was the de-
signation of Pine Street.
