Mr. Reinert read Mr. <br />Short's letter in conjunction with the necessary additions to this plat. <br />Mr. Kolstad had not received a copy of this letter. He will pick this up <br />at the office and return with the corrections on the 23rd. Mr. Reinert <br />felt that agenda was too full to handle this plat. This plat will be on <br />the February agenda. <br />The next item was a request by MR. Richard Barret to store a vehicles (3) <br />behind his garage on Lakeview Avenue. (7035), Mr, Reinert asked if there <br />any adjoining property owners present and there was none. <br />Mr. Doocy asked if Mr. Barrot would be willing to contact his neighbors as <br />to their concerns with this storage of vehicles, and Mr. Barrot agreed. He <br />will return to the February 20th. Mr. Doocy moved to table consideration <br />of this matter unti February 20, 1980. Seconded by MR. Heath. Motion de- <br />clared passed. <br />Mr. Don Holzmer's applications was on the agenda by mistake . This matter <br />had been dealt with by the Council prevously. <br />Mr. Reinert agreed to hear from a group of persons present, but he assured <br />them that no action would be taken since this is not an agenda item. <br />Mr. Blomquist presented the complaints of the residents in the Co. Rd. J and <br />Baldwin Lake Road area over the -junking of cars and the accumulations of the <br />•old cars in the area. Various aspects of this problems was discussed. <br />Mr. Schwankl suggested these persons bring their complaints to the City <br />Council. Mrs. Elsenpeter said if they would give her the information she <br />would take it to the Council at their 28th meeting. She asked that both <br />sides of this matter be represented at that meeting. <br />Mr. Johnson asked if this Board should asked the Building Inspector to <br />attend the Planning and Zoning Board meetings. After some discussion, it <br />was suggested that either the Building Inspector or the City Administrator <br />be present at their meetings. <br />Mr. Heath moved to ask this of the Council. Seconded by Mr. Johnson. <br />Motion declared passed. <br />The special meeting scheduled for January 23rd meeting will be called to <br />order at 8:00 P.M. <br />Mr. Heath moved to adjourn, Seconded by Mr. Doocy.
