On January 18, the attached <br />letter was sent to interested residents regarding the Outdoor Recreation Grant development. Last <br />week Michael O'Connor developed a brochure and hand delivered it to all residents in the <br />Clearwater Creek Development. A copy of the brochure is attached. Mr. O'Connor will be <br />gathering petitions this weekend to indicate support for the proposed Outdoor Recreation Grant <br />Application. <br />A public hearing will be held at the Monday, February 12, 2001 City Council meeting at 6:30pm. <br />Residents will be given the opportunity to comment on the proposed Outdoor Recreation Grant <br />application. The deadline for submittal is March 31, 2001. Funding announcements are <br />expected in the summer or fall. <br />RD: sw <br />sw /parkbd /Misc.
