• • Outdoor Recreation Grant Clearwater Creek Park — Lino Lakes 5 of 8 access channel to provide an avenue for residents to be informed on current parks /trails developments and various topics of discussion. During "Open Mike," residents can express any concerns /questions they may have regarding the parks and trail system. All minutes are forwarded to the City Council to keep council members informed on issues that are being discussed at the Park and Recreation Board meetings. Property Deed or Appraisal(s) Attached is a copy of the Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition final plat (Exhibit I). The 5.5 acre parcel of land labeled "Park" indicates that this parcel is owned by the City of Lino Lakes. Also attached is the portion of the legal description that indicates that the developer "hereby donates and dedicates to the public use forever the circle, courts, drives, lanes, roads, park and easements ..." (Exhibit J). In order to comply with the Department of Natural Resources Outdoor Recreation Project Agreement, the City of Lino Lakes does hereby impose the following restrictions on the property: 1. The property shall be managed and maintained for outdoor recreation purposes consistent with the approved grant application. 2. The property may not be used for any other purpose without the express prior written approval of the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Item 12. Agreements There are not any agreements or contracts related to the acquisition, development, operation, or maintenance of the proposed project. Item 13. Environmental Intrusions There are not any environmental intrusions related to the development of Clearwater Creek Park.
