• <br />• <br />Outdoor Recreation Grant <br />Clearwater Creek Park — Lino Lakes <br />5 of 8 <br />access channel to provide an avenue for residents to be informed on current <br />parks /trails developments and various topics of discussion. During "Open Mike," <br />residents can express any concerns /questions they may have regarding the <br />parks and trail system. All minutes are forwarded to the City Council to keep <br />council members informed on issues that are being discussed at the Park and <br />Recreation Board meetings. <br />The following is attached: 4tt <br />♦ City Code - Chapter 211 (Exhibit E) <br />♦ Current Committee roster (Exhibit F) <br />♦ Resolutions Appointing Current Members (Exhibit G) <br />♦ 2001 meeting schedule (Exhibit H) <br />Item 11. Property Deed or Appraisal(s) <br />Attached is a copy of the Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition final plat (Exhibit I). The <br />5.5 acre parcel of land labeled "Park" indicates that this parcel is owned by the <br />City of Lino Lakes. Also attached is the portion of the legal description that <br />indicates that the developer "hereby donates and dedicates to the public use <br />forever the circle, courts, drives, lanes, roads, park and easements ..." (Exhibit <br />J). <br />In order to comply with the Department of Natural Resources Outdoor <br />Recreation Project Agreement, the City of Lino Lakes does hereby impose <br />the following restrictions on the property: <br />1. The property shall be managed and maintained for outdoor <br />recreation purposes consistent with the approved grant <br />application. <br />2. The property may not be used for any other purpose without the <br />express prior written approval of the Commissioner of the <br />Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. <br />Item 12. Agreements <br />There are not any agreements or contracts related to the acquisition, <br />development, operation, or maintenance of the proposed project. <br />Item 13. Environmental Intrusions <br />There are not any environmental intrusions related to the development of <br />Clearwater Creek Park. <br />
