• • • Outdoor Recreation Grant Clearwater Creek Park — Lino Lakes 6 of 8 Item 14. Permits to Work in Public Waters Clearwater Creek Park is not located near a shoreline adjacent to a river, stream, lake, or other public body of water. Therefore, a permit is not relevant for this project. Item 15. Statement of Accessibility The entire development of Clearwater Creek Park will be in compliance with the American with Disability Act. With the exception of the sand volleyball court, all critical components of this park will be handicapped accessible. The major components are accessible as follows: Playground Area - The playground structures are designed in accordance with ADA guidelines. Engineered wood fiber will be installed to provide handicapped access to both structures, spring events, and swings. 1/2 court basketball court - The backboard will be adjustable to allow the hoop to be set from 7 - 10 feet. This will allow people of all ages and abilities to adjust the hoop to the desired height (Exhibit K). Trails - All trails will be paved and have no more than a 3% grade change. The trails are eight feet wide and connects the primary components of Clearwater Creek Park. Curb cuts will be installed to provide a safe connection to the trails that continue throughout the development. Picnic Tables - Will have handicapped accessible seating (Exhibit L). Item 16. FSA Aerial Photo An FSA Aerial Photo is attached (Exhibit M). Item 17. Location Map A location map to Clearwater Creek Park is attached (Exhibit N). Directions to Clearwater Creek Park: Take 35 E north to Lino Lakes. Exit 123 ramp, County Road 14. Take Right (East) Take Right on Otter Lake Road (South) Take left on Tart Lake Road (East), proceed to Clearwater Creek Park.
