Park Board Meeting - June 4, 2001 <br />Minutes <br />Behm's Farm Park Addition Update - Rick advised the City Council <br />approved the preliminary plat for the Behm's Farm Park Addition <br />at the May 29, 2001 City Council meeting. As you recall in 1999 <br />the City Council authorized selling 2.55 acres of parkland to <br />G.M. Development for $75,000. Proceeds of the sale of this land <br />were used to develop the park. <br />Behm's Farm Park Addition consists of 2.55 acres and is zoned R1 <br />(single family residential) and consists of nine single - family <br />lots. Park dedication is $6,885. The park dedication will be <br />used to complete the development of the 50' wide trail corridor <br />leading to Mustang Lane and the northeastern corner of the park <br />area. <br />New Park Dedication Ordinance Update - Ri advised the City <br />Council approved the Second Reading of the -w Park Dedication <br />Ordinance at the May 29, 2001 City Counci -`ing. The new <br />ordinance will be in effect July 5, 200 <br />The actual fees will be incorporated <br />schedule.
