We had looked for several months and <br />talked with many different builders, in many different areas. <br />We chose the Clear Water Creek because it was closest to my <br />husbands work and both of our families. The other reason <br />was the park (yet to be built park) that will be on Tart Lake <br />Road. We were informed after meeting and talking with <br />several different builders in the development that this was <br />the site where the "city" would be building a park. They <br />spoke as though it was a "done" deal. We assumed (and I <br />know we should have researched but did not think it <br />necessary at the time) that since approval has to be given by <br />the city before the development can start construction, that <br />all approval had been made and yes, indeed the city had <br />funds to build a park there. As a stay at home mom with two <br />children under 5 (3 and 1), the idea of a park just 4 houses <br />down from us was a great determining factor in my decision <br />to build here. With the paved walking paths that are here <br />• (all leading to the "park ") what a great place to end our daily <br />
