We had looked for several months and
talked with many different builders, in many different areas.
We chose the Clear Water Creek because it was closest to my
husbands work and both of our families. The other reason
was the park (yet to be built park) that will be on Tart Lake
Road. We were informed after meeting and talking with
several different builders in the development that this was
the site where the "city" would be building a park. They
spoke as though it was a "done" deal. We assumed (and I
know we should have researched but did not think it
necessary at the time) that since approval has to be given by
the city before the development can start construction, that
all approval had been made and yes, indeed the city had
funds to build a park there. As a stay at home mom with two
children under 5 (3 and 1), the idea of a park just 4 houses
down from us was a great determining factor in my decision
to build here. With the paved walking paths that are here
• (all leading to the "park ") what a great place to end our daily
