Park Board Meeting - November 5, 2001 Minutes • be laid for the internal trail loop. Trails around the playground area and entrance signs will be done at a later date. • • As you recall, the City of Lino Lakes was awarded a DNR Outdoor Recreation Grant in the amount of $125,000. The City through Park Dedication Funds, General Fund Dollars, or future referendum must match this amount. The City Council has not yet designated the source of the matching funds. Rick suggested the development of Clearwater Creek be continued. Possibly the playground equipment and gazebo be addressed this winter. He indicated he envisions using the same process as past playground equipment projects which would be soliciting bids from area vendors, have residents and Park Board review the proposal and provide input, then make a final conclusi. The playground equipment and gazebo could then be installe ext spring or summer. Rick advised he has also been working wi- : ' er and Associates to develop a landscaping play for Clearwat ek Park.
