This <br />would provide separation from the vehicular traffic and pedestrian users, similar to the north side <br />of Birch Street. If the Park Board concurs with this concept, we may need to request that the <br />Engineering Department determine whether there is adequate right -of -way along Birch Street to <br />establish a trail separated from the roadway.
