All fall
session programs will be done for the season by the middle of next month. Registration for winter instructional programs is cur-
rently underway.
Baskets "Have a Ball ": We have decided, after meeting with the President of the Centennial Basketball Association (CBA), that
we will no longer offer this program. Although this program was very successful, the CBA also offers a similar program and we do
not wish to duplicate programs.
CLUB: Thirty-nine youth attended our Cosmic Bowling and Tropics trip on November 8. Our next set of trips will be over winter
break and include Grand Slam and Cheapskate on December 26, History Museum and the Grove on December 27 and MN Zoo and
Imax on December 30.
ADULT
Five - Player Basketball: The season will begin December 4. Nine teams are in the league this season.
en Basketball: With the new school policy in effect, this program will be starting at 8 p.m. I anticipate this may affect
attendance. A report will be developed at the conclusion of the season.
Fitness: The Slim Express program, that has been a without a permanent location this fall, will be returning to its original location
at Rice Lake Elementary this winter.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Family Turkey Shoot: 167 adult/child teams participated in and 81 volunteers helped with this year's event which was held on
Saturday, November 16, 2002 at Centennial Middle School - our highest turnout to date!
