• <br />C. Birch Park Trail <br />The landscape areas have been planted. City Staff still needs to renovate the wetland areas <br />for Rice Creek Watershed District approval. The only other outstanding issue is the City <br />Council needs to authorize payment for the trail easement over the Whitcomb property.
