City of Lino Lakes Park Board Meeting April 3, 2000 The April 3, 2000 City of Lino Lakes Park Board meeting was called to order at 6:30pm, by Chair Lindy. Roll call was taken, members present were Joe Boyle, Paul Montain, Pat Huelman, George Lindy, and Chris Wesland. Absent: Pam Taschuk. Also present were Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director, Sandie Wood, Office Manager. APPROVAL OF MARCH 6, 2000 MINUTES: Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Joe Boyle, to approve the March 6, 2000 minutes. The minutes were approved. A recent site visit located within 9 feet of the Mrs. Rodriguez is planning on putting a six -foot high cedar privacy fence, 89 feet in length. Three estimates were received. Empire Fence from Maple Grove with the lowest bidder at a total cost of $1,869. Mrs. Rodriguez is requesting that the City assist with this project since the public trail is in such close proximity to their home. A similar situation occurred last year in the Clearwater Creek Development, which resulted in assisting homeowners with buffering of $400 each. Staff feels that this is a reasonable request and recommends designating $400 of Park Dedication Funds to assist Mrs. Rodriguez. 1
