• <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />Park Board Meeting <br />April 3, 2000 <br />Paul asked when the trail was paved. Rick advised the trail was <br />paved last fall. <br />Mr. Rodriguez, 307 Linda Lane, came forward and stated the bike <br />path was moved over prior to it being paved. He advised <br />occupancy of the home was taken last November. <br />Chris inquired about the location of the fence. <br />Mr. Rodriguez referred to a drawing and indicated where the fence <br />will begin and end. The fence will tie into the existing fence <br />and go to the corner of the house. <br />Paul asked what is in place to the left the house. <br />Mr. Rodriguez advised there is an empty 1. the left, which he <br />owns. The City acquired the <br />trail easement a few ye s ago. <br />Paul stated the City has set a precedent regarding help in <br />buffering. However, the City will have a problem if it continues <br />to help residents. Trail placements need to be looked at closely <br />to minimize potential problems. <br />Chair Lindy added that whenever a trail is placed between two <br />lots there is a potential for problems. <br />Joe Boyle made a motion, seconded by Paul Montain, to designate <br />$400 of Park Dedication funds to help defer the cost of Mr. and <br />Mrs. Rodriguez's fence.
