• <br />• <br />• <br />General Guidelines for Facility and Field Rentals <br />• Applicants who live or work in Lino Lakes are eligible for the Resident Rates. <br />♦ Alcohol is not allowed in any of the City parks. <br />• Parking is allowed in parking Tots only. Vehicles are not allowed on the grass, sidewalk, etc. <br />• Park closing time is 10:00 pm. <br />• If your facility is being used by another group that refuses to leave, please call 911 non - <br />emergency. <br />• The City of Lino Lakes reserves the right to deny or revoke a permit if it is believed to be in <br />the best interest of the City facilities or the park users. <br />• Waste paper and trash must be deposited in refuse barrels. <br />Open Air Shelter Rules <br />• Rental of an open air shelter does not include exclusive use of park facilities. <br />• Renters may not park or display anything on park property without written permission from <br />the Public Services Director. <br />♦ The City of Lino Lakes is unable to provide additional picnic tables. <br />♦ Please do not deposit hot charcoal in refuse barrels. <br />• This permit should be with the user while at the facility for proof of reservation. <br />• Keys for electricity for Sunrise Park Shelter #1 must be picked up by 4:00 pm at the Parks <br />and Recreation Department. <br />Athletic Facilities Rules <br />• Athletic facilities may be reserved by Lino Lakes groups, businesses, churches, schools, <br />residents, and non - profit civic organizations. <br />• Requests will be filled based on availability and facility conditions. <br />• The City will provide on -going maintenance to the facilities. Additional maintenance requests <br />(ie. field markings, chalk, nets) will be subject to additional costs as determined by the Parks <br />and Recreation Department. <br />• Permits will be denied and /or revoked when and if the City believes damage may occur to the <br />athletic facility. The decision to grant or revoke a permit is solely up to the discretion of the <br />Public Services Director and /or appointee. <br />• Athletic facilities used for City programs receive maintenance priority over rented facilities. <br />5/31/00 <br />RD /Forms /Park facility permit <br />
