CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JANUARY 5, 2000 <br />2. Association Membership will have access to the Outlot along the <br />conditional easement. <br />3. Public liability of the traffic is removed from the Homeowners <br />Association. <br />This item will be discussed at the January 19, 2000, Council work session. Council <br />directed staff to include a staff recommendation with the report. <br />DISCUSS APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITORIES, LEGAL NEWSPAPER, DANIEL <br />TESCH <br />Staff advised the City and Teamsters Local 320 have reached an agreement on a three- (3) <br />year contract for labor services. The contract includes a three- (3) percent wage increase <br />and ten - dollar increase in the closing allowance for each year of the contract. The <br />provision that allows for officers to use compensatory time -off in 1 eiving <br />overtime pay has been included. This allows for increased time f t o ers are <br />seeking, and saves the City money that would otherwise ha vertime. <br />Staff advised the City and Law Enforcement Labor ;c(L" have also reached an <br />agreement for a two- (2) year contract for labo s° S represents the police <br />sergeants.
