Maintenance activities <br />during February included the following. <br />• Daily rink and shelter maintenance. <br />• Assist Public Works Department with snow plowing of streets and parking <br />lots. <br />• Plowing and widening of trails <br />• Removal of old trail signs. <br />• Install of new trail signs. <br />• Equipment maintenance and repair. <br />• Trimming of boulevard trees (125 and counting). <br />• Removal of dead, diseased and hazard trees at various locations. <br />• Pick up and repair of hockey goals. <br />• Repair and painting of picnic tables and benches. <br />Probable activities for March: <br />Mf /c /word <br />• Boulevard tree trimming. <br />• Tree removal. <br />• Bleacher assembly. <br />• Equipment changeover. <br />• Hiring of seasonal staff. <br />• Attend continuing education and recertification training. <br />
