COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 25, 1999 <br />project for this evening. This project involved developer <br />installed improvements. The assessments associated with this project include Sanitary Sewer <br />and Watermain Area and Unit charges, Surface Water Management Fees, and Wearing Course <br />Costs. <br />Mayor Sullivan opened the public hearing at 8:06 p.m. <br />Council Member Neal moved to close the public hearing at 8:06 p.m. Council Member Dahl <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 105, as presented. Council <br />Member Dahl seconded the motion.
