COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 25, 1999 <br />The project is substantially complete and can now be assessed. This project involved developer <br />installed improvements. The assessments associated with this project include Sanitary Sewer <br />and Watermain Area and Unit charges, Surface Water Management Fees, and Wearing Course <br />Costs. Staff noted the assessment costs are lower than normal due to developer credits. <br />Mayor Sullivan opened the public hearing at 8:08 p.m. <br />Council Member Dahl moved to close the public hearing at 8:09 p.m. Council Member Dahl <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 107, as presented. Council <br />Member Dahl seconded the motion.
