Any new signage shall conform to the sign <br />ordinance and proper permits obtained. <br />4. All permit/approval required by the Rice Creek Watershed District, including drainage <br />and grading and wetland delineation, shall be obtained prior to any site grading. <br />5. Final utility, grading, and drainage plans must obtain approval from the City Engineer <br />prior to site grading or building permit. <br />6. A new landscaping plan shall be submitted that includes the recommendations of the <br />City Environmental Specialist and obtain his and the CSO's approvals before a building <br />permit is issued. <br />7. The applicant is responsible for obtaining all County approvals for work in the County <br />right -of -way. This includes supplying information required by the County. The applicant <br />must submit to the City proof of such County approval before ing begins or <br />building permit issues. <br />8. He stated he owned the business since 1976 and has never had <br />a water problem. He stated it would be an asset to the City if the property were improved. <br />Mayor Sullivan noted she would be more inclined to approve if the size of the building matched <br />the parking. <br />Motion carried with Mayor Sullivan voting no. <br />Consideration of Fall Boulevard Tree Quote, Mary Asleson (3/5 Vote Required) - Escrow <br />dollars are put aside for planting one tree r frontage of each knew lot and each new development. <br />A quote was received from Midwest Landscapes to supply and plant 123 trees in these areas. <br />12 <br />
