<br />July 15, 1996, Council work session minutes, as presented. Council Member Neal seconded the
<br />motion. Motion carried with Council Member Dahl and Mayor Sullivan abstaining.
<br />Consideration of August 7, 1997 Council Work Session Meeting Minutes (Only Council
<br />Members Lyden and Neal may vote) - Council Member Neal moved to approve the August 7,
<br />1997, Council work session minutes, as presented. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion.
<br />Motion carried with Council Member Bergeson, Dahl and Mayor Sullivan abstaining.
<br />Consideration of September 8, 1999, Council Work Session Meeting Minutes - Mayor
<br />Sullivan corrected page 4, paragraph 3, sentence 3, to read "He recommended one of two (2)
<br />other Lino Lakes residents ".
<br />Mayor Sullivan moved to approve the September 8, 1999, Council work session minutes, as
<br />amended. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
<br />Consideration of September 27, 1999, Council Meeting Minutes - Staff advised the Findings
<br />of Fact should be included on page 9.
<br />Council Member Neal moved to table the September 27, 1999, g minutes.
<br />Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried
