CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JULY 21, 1999 REGULAR AGENDA, JULY 26, 1999 Mayor Sullivan suggested that the VFW recognize Mr. Lyle Carpenter for the generous contributions made to the City under his leadership. Council indicated support of this suggestion. Mr. Carpenter will be recognized at the August 9th Council meeting.
