VI ACTION ITEMS A. CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING, American Legion, Lake Drive, Rezone, Conditional Use Permit & Site Plan Review The public hearing was continued from the June 9, 1999, meeting. The City owns four lots consisting of about four acres. American Legion Post 566 has submitted an application that involves converting the old Lino Lakes Police Station to a new Legion Building. The actions before the Planning and Zoning Board tonight include a rezoning, conditional use permit, and a site and building plan review. It was noted that staff is not making a recommendation regarding this project because the City owns the property and is too closely involved.
