Park dedication shall consist of $500 for each new single family lot. Future development of Outlot A will require additional park dedication. 4. Trees of 8 inch or greater diameter shall be replaced on a 1:1 caliper inch basis on the development site with trees of species specified by the City Forester. 5. A tree shall be placed along the frontage on each lot. 6. Seed mixtures shall be determined by the City Forester. 7. All permits required by the Rice Creek Watershed District shall be obtained prior to any site grading. 8. Utility, grading, and drainage plans shall obtain Rs d approvals from the City Engineer and Rice Creek Watershed District. 9.
