Planning & Zoning Board <br />July 14, 1999 <br />Page 15 <br />• Hugo who stated the issue has been raised because Hugo is considering a moratorium on <br />• <br />• <br />residential development due to low water pressure. <br />She continued stating there are lots of issues happening in Hugo including water service <br />and road issues. She asked for more information including the City of Hugo's <br />Comprehensive Plan and various site plans. <br />Mr. Powell advised the Council chose to take no action regarding this issue. The Council <br />is waiting to see what action the City of Hugo takes. <br />Ms. Carlson requested more information from City staff regarding development in Hugo. <br />Mr. Powell advised a copy of Hugo's Comprehensive Plan may be available in the <br />library. He noted Hugo would not be hooking up to City sanitary sewer. He stated he <br />will contact the City of Hugo regarding additional information. <br />Mr. Dunn stated the purpose of the Planning and Zoning Board is to look at the issues in <br />front of them. <br />Ms. Carlson stated she is asking for additional infor . i so she will be ready to make a <br />decision. <br />Mr. Dunn stated that what the City of Lino.. a es is what is important. The <br />Planning and Zoning Board represents thi <br />Ms. Carlson stated some decision 'ntly and she would like to be as informed <br />as possible. <br />Mr. Dunn stated that if the .nd Zoning Board wants to be effective it should <br />work on getting a completed�ehensive Plan. <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 p.m., and was supported by <br />Mr. Johnson.
