Community Athletic Complex - Rick DeGardner Mr. Smyser presented a drawing depicting the location of the proposed athletic complex site. He explained the City has the opportunity to acquire 60 acres for a new athletic complex at the southeast corner of Birch Street and Centerville Road. Mr. Smyser noted the conceptual drawing which was prepared to identify the uses that could be accommodated (in draft concept form). Mr. Smyser recommended the Planning & Zoning Board support the concept of the athletic complex at the location indicated, contingent upon public discussion and more detailed analysis being conducted in the near future.
