Community Athletic Complex - Rick DeGardner <br />Mr. Smyser presented a drawing depicting the location of the proposed athletic complex <br />site. He explained the City has the opportunity to acquire 60 acres for a new athletic <br />complex at the southeast corner of Birch Street and Centerville Road. Mr. Smyser noted <br />the conceptual drawing which was prepared to identify the uses that could be <br />accommodated (in draft concept form). <br />Mr. Smyser recommended the Planning & Zoning Board support the concept of the <br />athletic complex at the location indicated, contingent upon public discussion and more <br />detailed analysis being conducted in the near future. <br />
