If conservation easements are <br />appropriate to a project, we should keep these guidelines in mind when designing the open space <br />to be protected. <br />Preservation development will be a planned development overlay to allow the flexibility needed to <br />design to the natural features of the site. <br />• A planned development overlay is a rezoning in Lino Lakes. <br />
