City of Lino Lakes
September 11, 2000
Page Three
CONCLUSION
Our company has a long history of working successfully with municipalities to conclude
transactions of this type. Indeed, at the present time, the undersigned is working with another
suburb, north of St. Paul, on an even larger project in which TIF was essential. We have no
doubt that the Apollo Drive project can also be done successfully.
In conclusion, NAC and Interplastic Corporation very much look forward to working with
the City of Lino Lakes in connection with this development. We respectfully request the City's
consideration of the enclosed application and TIF materials. Feel free to call me if you have any
questions.
Sincerely yours,
AlitTMV Ob. 46
Ivan M. Levy
IML/kjp
Enclosures
cc: James D. Wallenfelsz
Robert A.
