13. Water Use <br />a. Will the project involve the installation or abandonment of any wells? <br />NO ? ?? <br />For abandoned wells give the location and Unique well number. For new wells, or <br />other previously unpermited wells, give the location and the purpose of the well and <br />the unique well number (if known). <br />Not applicable. <br />b. Will the project require an appropriation of ground or surface water (including <br />dewatering)? If yes, indicate the source, quantity, duration, purpose of the <br />appropriation, and DNR water appropriation permit number of any existing <br />appropriation. Discuss the impact of the appropriation on ground water levels. <br />The installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer and watermains may require some amount <br />of spot or isolated dewatering in order to install the underground systems. It is unknown <br />at this time the extent of this minor and short durational need. <br />c. Will the project require connection to a public water supply? <br />Yes. <br />If yes, identify the supply, the DNR water appropriation permit number of the <br />supply, and the quantity to be used. <br />The new development will connect to the City of Lino Lakes public water supply: <br />DNR Permit # City to provide. <br />14. Water - related Land -Use Management Districts: Does any part of the project <br />site involve a shoreland zoning district, a delineated 100 -year flood plain, or a state <br />of federally designated wild or scenic river land use district? If yes, identify the <br />district and discuss the compatibility of the project with the land use restrictions of <br />the district. <br />The project does have a small area near a culvert on the south property line within the <br />100 -year flood plain of George Watch Lake.
