Estimated total Average Daily Traffic (ADT) generated: 15,213 Estimated maximum peak hour traffic generated (if known) and its timing: 1,161 (4:30 - 5:30pm) For each affected road indicate the ADT and the directional distribution of traffic with and without the project: See Appendix C, Traffic Analysis Report prepared by TKDA. Provide an estimate of the impact on traffic congestion on the affected roads and describe any traffic improvements that will be necessary. The "Traffic Analysis Report" presented the following conclusions and recommendation prior to the project opening: Installation of Traffic Signals at the following intersections: • Lake Drive /Main Street • Lake Drive /Apollo Drive • Lake Drive/I -35W Southbound Ramps • Lake Drive/I -35W Northbound Ramps • Lake Drive /Project Access Road • Lake Drive /Town Center Parkway Other recommended improvements are: • Minor road widening at Lake Drive /Town Center Parkway to accommodate a dedicated southbound turn lane. • Road widening at Lake Drive/I -35W southbound ramps to accommodate a dedicated northbound turn lane. • Road widening at Lake Drive/I -35W northbound ramps to accommodate a dedicated southbound turn lane. • Prohibition of left turns and through movements from east and westbound 77th Street. 23. Vehicle related air emissions: Provide an estimate of the effect of the project's traffic generation on air quality, including carbon monoxide levels. Discuss the effect of traffic improvements or other mitigation measures on air quality impacts. (If project involves 500 or more parking spaces, consult "EAW Guidelines" about whether a detailed air quality analysis is needed.)
