Promote biodiversitv within the park and adiacent areas? • Page 20 add goal #7 in planning development consider possible effects on the natural flora and fauna. particularly species of special concern." • Page 20 add goal #8 "strive to become a city known for its success in promoting both economic development and the maintenance of high environmental standards." • Page 4
