CYAN <br />PREFACE <br />This writing is a revision to a January 15, 2001 project submittal in connection with the <br />applicant's ("APPLICANT'), Ryan Companies, US Inc., application (the "APPLICATION ") for <br />approval of development of the retail shopping center development ("LINO LAKES <br />MARKETPLACE ") a land parcel (the "PROPERTY "), described below and near the northeast <br />corner of Lake Drive (Co. Rd. 23) and MnDOT Interstate 35W(I35W). <br />The Application includes the following components: <br />1. Site Plan and Building Plan approval for construction of an 182,760 Sq. Ft. Super Target and <br />eight (8) each retail buildings varying in size from 3,600 Sq. Ft. to 86,584 Sq. Ft. <br />2. Planned Development Overlay District Preliminary Development Plan approval. <br />3.
