Parking Standards for the PDO are the same as for other similar uses as provided in <br />the off - street parking section of the ordinance. <br />Finding: The site plan meets overall parking objectives for Shopping Center, Fast Food <br />Restaurant, and Motor Fuel Station parking requirements. The parking ordinance <br />requires 1,574 parking spaces and the site plan incorporates 1,747 parking spaces, <br />exceeding the requirement by 173 parking spaces. <br />7. Public Services. A PDO shall . not create a demand for public service which is normally <br />provided in the zoning district of the proposed PDO. <br />Finding: The City Engineer has reviewed the plans, made recommendations for necessary <br />roadway improvements and concurs with Applicant that existing water and sewer <br />services are readily available to site and that increased usages from the Lino Lakes <br />Marketplace have minimal impact to these systems. <br />8. Non- Residential Structures.
