Tree preservation plan needed <br />• Ideal area for a PUD <br />Environmental ISSUES: <br />1 Water Quality <br />1 Greenway /connectivness <br />• Edge /buffering and rare and endangered <br />ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD COMMENTS: The following is a summary of the comments <br />made by the January 31, 2001 Environmental Board: <br />No comments about minor subdivision. environmental Board had no <br />concerns. <br />Favorable first look on the expansion to the north. <br />• questions and concerns about greenway /buffer around lake /and land trust <br />and or conservation easement with covenants. <br />• Shoreland overlay /and designated Lake Protection zone( Environmental <br />Plan) Extra care needs to be instilled in development planing on thi410 <br />site. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD ACTION/POSITION STATEMENT: the Board reached the <br />following consensus: <br />1....Minor subdivisionl.yes <br />
