38 -41 Community Facilities 38 -39 Parks & Open Space [Policies] — What is the City's policy about acquiring (via easements or fee titles) natural areas that are priority for protection (not recreation)? Is more emphasis (commitment) needed to the City's role in managing and monitoring natural areas and native plant communities which are under it's authority? 39 Schools — What can the City do to assure that natural resources are conserved and used as an educational resource in schools built in Lino Lakes? 40 -41 Utilities — Should policies be added that utilities should be located and constructed to avoid damage to natural resources including wetlands and trees? 42 -43 Administration Policy 10. re: intergovernmental communications — [See Env.
