Following is a <br />description of administrative responsibilities of each. <br />City <br />The City's administrative responsibilities include, but are not <br />limited to the following: <br />• Land use regulation <br />• Sediment and erosion control <br />Local Water Management Plan <br />Policy Document <br />• Permits (expansion of current program to cover <br />drainage and erosion control) <br />• Local Unit of Government (LGU) <br />• Capital improvements (non- watershed projects) <br />• Conveyance system maintenance. <br />• Participation and cooperation with the programs of <br />the RCWD and VLAWMO <br />• Local plan review and amendments <br />• Wetland - alteration - joint responsibility with DNR <br />and Corps of Engineers <br />• Individual septic systems records <br />• Ordinance_ review and amendment <br />• Comprehensive plan update(s) <br />• Zoning map revision(s) <br />• Hydrologic model update with land use /zoning <br />changes <br />• Flood insurance study amendments <br />SEH NO: LINOL9402.00 <br />Page 28 <br />
