Do Not approve <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve But: <br />• Complete recommended studies of the 1994 Surface Water management Plan for <br />the Subwatershed areas involved. Design a Surface Water Treatment System in <br />response to understood values. <br />• All Surface Water Treatment areas should be planted with native materials and an <br />O &M, and 3 -5 year maintenance contract with a knowledgeable landscape company <br />should be incorporated into the development agreement. Escrow dollars should be <br />allocated for these purposes. <br />• Install a watering system on the berm area and submit a landscape plan. Natives <br />would be encouraged here. <br />• Check the status of the well head in the storage area. <br />
