landscapes
along the urban Mississippi River corridor in Minneapolis and Saint
Paul.
If I were to remove the open water land cover types from these
calacuations
(lakes, rivers, and open water wetlands) the distinction would be even
more
dramatic. Rest assured, the complexity of the Rice Creek landscape will
be
clear to all when the land cover layer is completed and submitted.
Of course, such relative complexity and landscape diversity is promising
news for natural resource managers, but it has caused much of the delay
in
getting these data to you in a more timely fashion. I have currently
put
over one hundred extra hours into this project, and I would like to
complete
it with the same level of effort and quality that I started started
with. I
realize that the Lino Lakes data is currently of the utmost importance,
and
I will strive to get this to you by the end of the month (Wednesday,
October
31) .
Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions or
comments.
Thank you for your patience. Please copy Marty Asleson at the City of
Lino
Lakes if you feel this information would be useful to him.
Sincerely,
Jason J.
