O'Connell seconded <br />the motion. <br />Grundhofer stated she had lived in the City for 26 years, and had seen the birds' <br />decline in numbers. A discussion ensued on the history of the project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Ha len excused herself from the meeting at 9:25 p.m. Chair Kukonen called for a <br />5- minute break, resuming at 9:30 p.m. <br />The Board reconvened at 9:32 p.m. <br />4.
