Asleson responded that she already had, and if the Board wanted to review the ordinance before it went to Council, a special meeting would need to be called. O'Dea noted they had permits to put up the structures in 1998 and 2001. Asleson stated that the Board had made a recommendation to deny the permit. Donlin pointed out that they had been in violation. Incorporates regulation - addressing structures on the lake. • Create a joint powers agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and the City of Centerville. Friendly amendments were made by Board and staff and accepted by O'Connell. O'Dea seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
