• <br />ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD MEETING DECEMBER 19, 2001 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : December 19, 2001 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:35 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 9:29 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Amy Donlin, Constance Grundhofer, Rod Kukonen, <br />Theresa O'Connell, and Mike Trehus (arrived at 7:48 <br />p.m.). <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None. <br />Staff members present: Environmental Coordinator Marty Asleson, and Community <br />Development Director Michael Grochala. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Kukonen called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. November 28, 2001 <br />Donlin moved to suspend approval of the S d November meeting minutes. <br />Grundhofer seconded the motion. M <br />3. Pheasant Hills Preserve 12th Addition — Asleson introduced the developer, Mr. <br />Vaughan, and the civil engineer, Mr. Shopek. He encouraged the Environmental <br />Board to focus their attention on the environmental issues. Staff reviewed the <br />background material. The developer intended to build seven lots on Wards Lake <br />Island connecting them to the Quail Ridge Development via a bridge to connect the <br />northern end of Ruffed Grouse Road.
