The proposed project entails construction of a 7,200 SF church on a 4.6 acre parcel. Ramsey County Ditch 8 is approximately 800 feet north of the north property boundary. 2. A NURP pond is proposed in the northeast comer of the site. This proposed pond satisfies District rate control and water quality treatment standards. 3. NWI and PWI maps indicate a Type 3 DNR Protected Wetland (47P) onsite. The Certificate of Survey indicates a wetland basin in the northwest corner of the site. Based on the information submitted, there is no apparent wetland impact.
