A grassed swale northwest of the proposed building is intended to <br />satisfy the District's infiltration standard. However there is no <br />means of routing runoff from impervious surfaces to or retaining this <br />runoff for 72 hours. <br />5. The RCWD regulatory flood elevation for the site is 886.1 (RCWD <br />1998 Calibration Study). There is no floodplain fill associated with <br />this project. The proposed lowest floor is 892.0, thereby satisfying <br />District freeboard requirements. <br />The calculated 100 -year flood elevation for the onsite pond is 891..7. <br />The proposed lowest floor is 892.0 and the lowest opening is 903.0, <br />thereby satisfying the District's non - regulatory freeboard <br />requirements. <br />6.
