• <br />C. Straw mulching material: Oat or wheat straw or hay for erosion control shall be dry, clean, seed- <br />free, weed -free, and free from foreign matter detrimental to plant life straw. Hay or <br />chopped cornstalks are not acceptable. Wheat straw may be acceptable if well threshed. <br />D. Hydro Mulch Material: Wood cellulose fibers meeting the MnDOT Specification 3882 <br />standards. <br />E. Fertilizer: FS O -F -241, Type I Grade recommended for grass, with fifty percent of the <br />elements derived from organic sources. <br />1. 1/2 lbs. Nitrogen per 1000 SF <br />2. 1/2 lbs. Potassium per 1000 SF <br />3. 25 lbs. Super - phosphate per 1000 SF <br />F. Water: Clean, fresh and free of substances or matter which could inhibit vigorous growth <br />of grass. <br />G.
