Behm's Century Farm/ 6th Through 10th Additions/ Preliminary Plat <br />Review <br />Asleson reviewed the background and noted that it was important to consider <br />many factors such as buffering, land classification, pedestrian transportation and <br />the needs of the developer. Asleson had overlaid several maps, and showed the <br />Board the oak savanna, high ecological value zones, and protection zones. He <br />spoke with Rick DeGardener about park dedication and greenways. <br />Mr. Johnson, Director of Engineering for Metro Land Surveying and Engineering, <br />stated that there were 95 acres left to be develop - i bout 156 to 163 lots. He <br />indicated that there were some updates to tl '1. as using, he believed it <br />was the January version. Mr. Udhe's goal was to develop 20-30 lots per <br />year. <br />O'Dea inquired about eliminating 2.5 houses in one cluster and 1.5 in another. <br />Mr. Johnson replied it was probably not possible. <br />O'Dea indicated that if Lot #5 could be moved or removed, it could save several <br />trees. Mr. Johnson answered that there were 270 units under the zoning code. He <br />did not know how to save the oaks because of the elevation under the current plan. <br />5 Draft Minutes <br />
