Photo metrics submitted seem to be ok. The Dairy Queen is proposing more <br />lighting than allowed and should maintain the Lino Lakes standards for lighting in <br />the new zoning code if possible, and the design standards set up for the Market <br />Place. <br />Engineering is reviewing surface water calculations to verify a not to exceed <br />original design. <br />The Dairy Queen business should follow the same sequencing planning and <br />BPM plans post development that Target/ Kohl's agreed to. Ideally it would be <br />best to have cooperative contracts between these businesses in contracting for <br />site upkeep such as impervious parking lot sweeping and litter pick up. <br />Environmental Board Comments: <br />Options: <br />1.
