Findings: 1 This project entails construction of a 54,000± SF church to be known as Eagle Brook Church on 91± acres. The project also entails a partial abandonment and reestablishment of the mainline of Anoka County Ditch 72 and reconstruction of Branch 1 within the project's parcel boundary. The proposed stormwater management plan includes two NURP ponds and 14 bioretention/infiltration features. These features meet District water quality treatment, rate control, and infiltration requirements. The submitted hydrologic calculations and grading plan demonstrate that there will be no increase in runoff rates from the site onto adjacent properties.
