The project also entails a <br />partial abandonment and reestablishment of the mainline of Anoka <br />County Ditch 72 and reconstruction of Branch 1 within the project's <br />parcel boundary. <br />The proposed stormwater management plan includes two NURP <br />ponds and 14 bioretention/infiltration features. These features meet <br />District water quality treatment, rate control, and infiltration <br />requirements. The submitted hydrologic calculations and grading <br />plan demonstrate that there will be no increase in runoff rates from <br />the site onto adjacent properties. <br />The main line of Anoka County Ditch 72 (ACD 72) and Branch 1 of <br />
