A mandatory EAW was performed and reviewed by the Environmental <br />Board on November 6' 2003. No formal action is needed at this time <br />Project Summary: <br />In 1998 the City of Lino Lakes, following receipt of a grant from Metropolitan <br />Council, hired California based Calthorpe and Associates to prepare a Mixed Use <br />Master Plan for the Town Center Area. The master plan emphasized the <br />following design objectives: <br />The Legacy at Woods Edge Development plan emphasizes the following <br />objectives: <br />1. A 65 -acre complex of buildings in a controlled setting. <br />2. An integrated mix of uses that respond to residents' needs. <br />
