Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) The EAW comment period ended on December 24, 2003. The City received comments from, Metropolitan Council, Army Corp of Engineers, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department :of Natural Resources, Anoka County Highways Department, and-Anoka County Parks Department. There does not appear to be any comments that would warrant the need for an EIS. However, Mn/DOT has requested additional information regarding the traffic analysis. City staff will be meeting with SEH on Tuesday, January 6, to review the comments and.begin ,preparation of the response document.'. We are anticipating completion of the response document for review by the Environmental Board at their January 28, 2004, meeting. The Record of Decision would then be brought to the • Council for action on February, 9, 2004. Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) Revised plans and information, as requested by the RCWD, will be submitted on January 7, 2004, for action by the district board on January 28, 2004. it is anticipated that we will receive a CAPROC (Conditional Approval Pending Receipt of Changes).
